Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using Shipped (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of them, please don't use the Service.

Shipped has two parts:

• Your public page at shipped.so/@handle, where you list the products you have built. Free.
• Founder Circles, a paid private membership that matches verified founders into small circles with a private room. Paid annually.

2. Accounts

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Shipped.
• You must provide accurate information, including a real X handle you control.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Your responsibility

• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Membership, billing and renewal

• Founder Circles is billed annually in advance. The standard rate is $99 per year. As a launch offer the first 100 members pay $13.99 per year and the next 100 pay $49 per year. Your rate is fixed by the seat you take and does not change on renewal for as long as your membership stays active.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and handle billing, invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your card details.
• Your membership renews automatically each year at the then-current rate for your plan unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership and circle seat continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If we change the price, existing members keep their rate for the current period and we will give you notice before any renewal at a new price.

4. What your membership does and does not buy

Shipped is not an engagement pod or an engagement exchange. We operate no points system, no reciprocity requirement and no follow-for-follow scheme. We do not track, count, verify or reward what any member does on X. Links shared in a circle are invitations to look at someone's work; every member independently decides whether to reply, follow, repost, or do nothing at all.

Any member who demands reciprocal engagement, or who conditions their support on receiving support in return, is in breach of these Terms and may be removed without refund.

5. Verification and placement

• Every application is reviewed by a person. We check that you are who you say you are and that your product is real.
• We may decline an application at our discretion. If we decline yours, or cannot place you in a circle that fits, you get a full refund.
• A circle only opens once it has at least eight verified members. Until then your membership is active and you will be placed as soon as a suitable circle forms.
• We may move you between circles, and periodically introduce new members to your circle, to keep circles relevant and populated.

6. Refunds

• If we cannot place you in a circle that fits, or we decline your application, you receive a full refund.
• Statutory cooling-off: if you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund, subject to applicable law.
• We do not refund based on engagement received. How many followers, likes or reposts you did or did not get is not something the membership promises, so it is not a basis for a refund.
• We do not refund memberships terminated for breach of these Terms or the circle conduct rules below.
• Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method.

7. Circle conduct

Membership of a circle carries expectations. By joining you agree to:

• Show up consistently.
• Get to know the people in your circle.
• Help when you genuinely can.
• Not drop links and disappear.
• Not post generic or AI-generated replies.
• Never demand reciprocal engagement from anyone.
• Support work because it is relevant to you, not to earn anything in return.

We may remove a member for breaching these expectations, for abusive or harassing behaviour, or for sustained total absence from their circle. Nobody is ever removed for choosing not to like, reply to or repost another member's post.

Circle rooms are private

Content posted in a circle room is visible to the members of that circle and to Shipped moderators. Treat it as confidential: do not republish, screenshot or share another member's circle posts outside the circle without their permission.

8. Your content

• You retain ownership of everything you post — your profile, products, blocks and circle posts.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. Your public page is public by design; your circle posts are shown only to your circle and moderators.
• You confirm you have the right to post what you post, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You can edit or delete your content at any time.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use Shipped to:

• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity, product or traction.
• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually explicit content.
• Spam, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other members' data.
• Buy, sell, trade or coordinate engagement, whether on Shipped or anywhere else.
• Resell, sublicense or share your membership or circle access.

10. Relationship with X

• Shipped is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp.
• We do not use the X API, do not authenticate against your X account, do not read your messages, and never post or act on your behalf. You simply tell us your handle.
• You remain solely responsible for your own conduct on X and for complying with X's terms and policies, including its rules on platform manipulation and authenticity.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Shipped available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid membership provides, we will tell members and offer a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the period.

12. Termination

• You may close your account at any time from your settings. Deleting your account removes your data.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. Where the breach is not serious, we will normally warn you first.
• On termination for breach, access ends immediately and no refund is due for the remainder of the period.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We make no representation that membership will produce any particular business outcome, audience growth, revenue or opportunity.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify members by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: these Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Shipped.
• Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver: not enforcing a provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights; we may transfer ours with notice.
